A local resident had his car hijacked after an armed robbery in Pellsrus, Jeffreys Bay this afternoon.
Big Daddy’s was robbed of an unconfirmed amount of cash by two armed men.
The local man who was hijacked, is in the building industry, and was hit over the hit with a pistol and his car was taken at gunpoint after the men had fled from Big Daddys.
The two armed men have been described as coloured males, around 30 years of age.
The car that was hijacked is a silver Polo Playa with with low profile mag wheels and have the words NEVA and MICAH written in white letters on the front windscreen.
The registration number is FHR 430 EC.
The hijacked car was found abandoned behind Nedbank in the Jeffreys Bay CBD. It is unknown where the suspects are now but they might have made use of the nearby taxi rank to made good their escape.
They can be considered as armed and dangerous.
