The road to Aston Bay was barricaded by protesters at about 6 am this morning at the Ocean View traffic circle (14/10/2014).
There are tyres and logs burning and rocks in the road.
The JBay Police are on the scene and the protest is peaceful at present.
The protesters are allegedly demanding houses, service delivery and jobs.
Motorists are urged to use the Aston Bay road with caution at present.
