The J’Bay Recycling Center and the Supertubes Surfing Foundation have made a request for the community to come and help plant over 450 veggie seedlings at the CMA premises in Pellsrus this afternoon.
They will be looked after by the CMA “Gogo’s (grannies) Club”.
This will enable the grannies to start feeding the kids and themselves. The palnting will commence at 2 pm this afternoon.
Directions: Take the Aston Bay turnoff from J’Bay and turn left at the first traffic circle (Garnaal Street). Look out for the red Cell C container on the right – turn in just after that. You will see the creche playground diagonally in front of you and the CMA premises are next to that.
Please bring a spade or garden fork and a bag of compost if possible.
