Kouga dams are overflowing

The Mpofu Dam overflowed over the weekend and all our dams are now officially running over capacity. This follows heavy rain the Kouga has experienced over the past two months.

The water restrictions that have been in place over the past few years are being eased from today. There is still a flow of water from the catchment areas and the Kromme River might even get a flush from overflow emanating from the Mpofu Dam.
