Students from around 3 years of age who cannot float, or have fear of water can be accommodated, as well as youngsters who need to learn how to do the various swim strokes.

Squad training is for swimmers who need help with their technique as well as prepare to swim galas.

There are limited slots available for learn to swim lessons and parents can email brenton@jbaynews.com for more information.

Open water swim training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5.45 pm at Marina Martinique.

Open water tactics, technique, fitness as well as learning how to become comfortable swimming in open water are all covered in these training sessions.
