Jeffreys Bay is famous for the perfect waves that break upon its shores year after year.
These waves have attracted surfers from all over the world, who make the pilgrimage to come and sample the freight train walls that crack along the reef at Supertubes, or to indulge the more gentle waves that break at the Point.
The dolphins have been here forever, and Jeffreys Bay photographer Deon Lategan captured this image of dolphins surfing the waves of Jeffreys Bay.
On most mornings one will spot the dolphins cruising up and down the coast, playing, swimming, jumping or surfing.
Supertubes is a great lookout to see them up close and personal.
