SUBMIT TWO NOMINEES TO BE ELECTED ONTO THE JEFFREYS BAY COMMUNITY POLICE FORUM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Community Police Forum of Jeffreys Bay will be holding an Annual General meeting in order to elect a new Executive Board, who will be representing the community in the fight against crime.
Please take note that your nominees must have:
- No criminal record
- Be able to attend 2 meetings a month (Chairperson to attend 3 meetings a month)(No meetings are held in November and December)
- Work for no compensation
- Must have initiative
- Must be driven and have a passion for the community and want to make a difference.
Every organisation, NGO, government department and political structure’s two nominees are hereby invited to attend a meeting, which will be held on the 01 November at the Jeffreys Bay Police Station at 18h00. Details about the elections as well as the date for the election will be explained at the meeting and questions will be welcomed from the floor.
The nominees will be expected to present themselves to the current Executive board.
Please note that they must bring with the following:
- Their nomination on your companies letter head
- Their ID document
