IEC in JBay to register voters today

iec logoThe Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) will be in Jeffreys Bay today to register voters for the 2014 South African elections.

Residents who have never registered before can visit the Pellsrus Community Hall this morning and bring their South African ID book with them.

People who have recently moved to Jeffreys Bay can also use the opportunity to re-register and thus be able to vote locally in both the 2014 national and provincial elections as well as the 2016 local government election when voters will vote for the party they believe should rule Kouga.

DA Councillor Danny Benson organised for the IEC to be at the Pellsus Community Hall from 9.30 am on Friday morning for all residents of Jeffreys Bay to register to vote.

He can be contacted on 073 766 4816 for more information.
