The Shearwater complex has again been targeted and access was gained through a sliding door into what is believed to be a holiday flat.

Electronic goods were among the items stolen from the flat.

Another property in Sandpiper Street was also broken into and access was reportedly gained through an open window.

No arrests have been made in either case, but the Police are investigating the crimes, as well as recent housebreakings in Cormorant Street, according to W/O Gerda Swart.

After there very little crime in Aston Bay for a lengthy period of time, the increase in criminal activity in the suburb needs to be curbed.
