Cattle stolen in Kareedouw

The Stock Theft Unit in Jeffreys Bay is appealing to the community to assist them with information that could lead to the recovery of 36 Friesland calves that were stolen in the Kareedouw area.

It is alleged that the calves (who are only six-months-old) were stolen out of their grazing camp between Friday, 8 January 2016 and Saturday, 16 January 2016, from the farm Klipdrift near Kareedouw.

They are cross bread Friesland and Jersey calves and are brown and white, and black and white in colour and worth more than R54 000-00.

Anyone with information on the calves or the identity of the suspects is urged to contact Sergeant Jimmy Maya from the Jeffreys Bay Stock Theft Unit on 042 200 7000 or 072 720 1895 or Crime Stop 08600 10111.
