The Interim Kouga Sports Council (KSC) has held 3 successful area meetings in Humansdorp, St Francis and Thornhill over the past 3 weekends, at which the structure of the proposed Kouga Sports Council was explained, local sports issues were explored, and 2 area representatives were elected.

All sport codes can join the Sports Council

The Jeffreys Bay and surrounding areas meeting is scheduled for this Saturday, 4th February at 10am in the Newton Hall. All sports players, clubs and schools from Jeffreys Bay, Pellsrus, Ocean View, Aston Bay and Paradise Beach are invited to attend this important meeting.

Members of the interim committee will explain the reasons for the formation of the KSC, how it will be elected, and what it hopes to achieve. Most importantly, the attendees at this meeting will elect 2 area representatives each for Jeffreys Bay, Pellsrus/Ocean View and Aston Bay/Paradise Beach. Once elected, these people will represent their areas at general meetings of the KSC.
